Pescado’s China Street hosted this special chef’s dinner the other night. I had the unique honor of dining with some amazing chefs and restaurant owners from around town. The evening started off with cocktails and fried chicken feet. The 5 course meal included razor clams, citrus stuffed sardines, duck crusted scallops, beef tongue with rosemary, Hawaiian Opah two ways, braised sticky ox-tail, and banana panna cotta with chocolate wind and parsley dust. Everything was so flavorful and all the unexpected flavor combinations meshed perfectly. Service and the dining experience in general was excellent!

I’ve only been to Pescado’s once for brunch, but the food was amazing!! I definitely want to go back for dinner sometime soon. Your photos make the food at the Che’s dinner look wonderful, even though most of it I wouldn’t eat. No chicken feet or cow’s tongue for me.
Thanks Brittany! I absolutely love their brunch! You must go for dinner! I was hesitant to try the cow tongue, ox tail and chicken foot, but I figured if it was prepared by the top notch chefs at Pescados China Street it would be delicious! The ox tail was one of my favorite dishes of the night.
